Advised and supported a cooperative advertising and marketing platform for a group of Luxury Real Estate specialists.
Background
Platinum Top 50 is a real estate marketing company and Realtor award program that annually recognizes top real estate professionals for outstanding achievements in sales, education, industry participation and civic leadership. In 2015, the owner and president of Platinum Top 50 saw a need to offer a marketing and advertising platform to San Antonio’s luxury real estate specialists. Membership is exclusive, limited to a max of 20 agents and selected by an advisory board based on luxury sales performance.
Project Brief
There were several components for this project:
- Identity – designed a logo and brand assets for this group
- Art Direction – art directed a day long photography shoot for member profiles and the group photo (photography by Bright and Early Photography)
- Website – developed a web presence to display profiles of all 18 members of the league.
- Direct Mail – developed two direct mail campaigns that were mailed to 5,300 households in specific zip codes whose household income was greater than $250k
- Print Ad – designed a full-page color ad that was placed in the regional editions of national magazines such as New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Travler
- Social Media Content – developed several jpg graphics featuring the agent’s luxury listings to be shared through social networks
